What does a grounds maintenance contract include?
Contracts are built around an agreed schedule and specification for your site. Typical contracts include grass cutting and edging, shrub and rose bed maintenance, hedge trimming, weed control, litter picking, leaf clearance and communal bin emptying, with seasonal works planned in throughout the year.
How will I know the work has been done?
After every scheduled visit we provide a digital report. Reports can include the date and time of attendance, completed task checklists, before-and-after photographs, site observations and any recommended remedial or improvement works.
Can you look after the trees on our site as well?
Yes. Alongside routine grounds maintenance we provide tree inspections, surveys and arboricultural works, including pruning, crown reductions, deadwood removal, pollarding, tree removal and emergency works.
